Step-by-Step Setup Process
1. Choose Your Plan
Head to EmonCRM.com and select the plan that fits your needs. For testing things out, start with the Free tier which requires no credit card.
2. Authenticate with Microsoft
Enter your Outlook email address and authenticate securely using Microsoft OAuth.
3. Enter Your Details
Provide your name and select whether you're using Emon for personal or business purposes. Then, fill out the short onboarding questionnaire.
4. Connect to Notion
Grant the necessary permissions so Emon can create and update your contact database in Notion. This step uses Notion's official OAuth integration for secure access.
5. Choose the Emon Template
Emon provides a template for you, so you don't have to. Select the template named "Emon Template", and it will be automatically created in your Notion workspace.
6. Visit Your Dashboard
Once setup is complete, you'll land on your Emon dashboard. Here you can:
- View your current subscription status
- Trigger historical email syncs
- Manage your account settings
- Monitor email sync activity

Setup is now complete. From this point forward, every email you send or receive through Outlook will automatically sync to your Notion database within 15 seconds.
