    We take data security seriously. Your trust is our top priority, and we've built Emon with industry-standard security practices:

    • Encrypted OAuth tokens: All authentication tokens are encrypted at rest in our database
    • Minimal permissions: We only request the minimum required permissions — email metadata and Notion page creation. Nothing more.
    • No email content stored: We never store your full email content.
    • Data isolation: All user data is completely isolated.

    Emon was born from personal need. As someone who relied on Notion for everything but couldn't justify paying hundreds per month for Salesforce just to manage contacts, I knew there had to be a better way. That's when I teamed up with a fellow developer and entrepreneur — someone with deep expertise in the hospitality industry and a genuine passion for helping people.
