All you need is a Notion account and an Outlook account.

Choose your tier — Hit Get Started on our homepage. There's a free-forever tier if you want to test it out.
Connect Outlook — Log in with Microsoft OAuth for quick and secure access.
Authorize Notion — Select "Use a template provided by the developer" when prompted. We've already built a database for you.
Done — You'll land on your dashboard with confirmation that everything is connected.

Core Feature 1: Real-Time Sync

Once connected, Emon runs in the background. Every email you send or receive automatically creates an entry in your Notion database with the contact name, email address, last contact date, subject line, sneak peak of the email, and the full email content in each contacts’ page.

What You Can Do Next

Your Emon workspace is a normal Notion database. You can customize it however you want:

Add properties like "Priority," "Status," or "Assigned To"
Link it to other databases (sales pipeline, projects, companies) using Notion relations
Create filtered views for specific clients or time periods
Make the workspace public to your team for collaborative contact management

One thing to note: Don't rename, delete, or change the type of the default columns—it'll break the sync. If you don't need a column, just hide it.
